Our online store primarily serves customers ordering products for delivery within Pakistan.

Customers living outside Pakistan may place an order for delivery to a family member, friend, or other recipient within Pakistan, subject to our available delivery service.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Nearest landmark where helpful

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders delivered within Pakistan.

For COD orders, payment is collected when the parcel is delivered.

Customers should ensure that the provided phone number remains active and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

7. Shipping & Delivery

ALHAMPOSH provides free delivery across Pakistan for eligible COD orders.

We may use different courier services depending on the destination and operational availability, including:

PostEx
Trax
Pakistan Post

Estimated delivery times are:

Punjab: 3–4 business days
Outside Punjab: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances such as weather, public holidays, courier operations, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

ALHAMPOSH is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Incorrect phone number
Unreachable customer
Failure to receive the parcel
Incorrect city, district, village or area information

If a courier requires additional information to complete delivery, we may contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy allows eligible products to be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the product must generally be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition in which it was received
With original tags, where applicable
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase/order information

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method within 10 business days after approval.

The time required for the payment provider or bank to complete the transaction may vary.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
